Kerbal Engineer Redux

Kerbal Engineer Redux (KER) provides detailed statistics about your spacecraft and its orbital performance during both construction and flight.

By default, KER operates with a career-based unlock system. In career mode, the mod requires one of the following to function during flight: a Kerbal with the Engineer profession, an Engineer Chip (ER-7500) installed on the vessel, or a Level 3 Tracking Station. If none of these conditions are met, the KER interface will be disabled in flight. This system is optional, and you can switch to “Partless” mode in the editor settings to remove these requirements.

KER also features built-in version checking through MiniAVC. If enabled, it will connect to the internet to check for updates. This process only retrieves version information and does not transmit any personal data. For enhanced update tracking, users can install the KSP-AVC plugin.
