Description

This mod replaces the plain greyscale inventory icons with carefully hand-colored versions. It is made to make inventory management more enjoyable and help items stand out more clearly, so you are less likely to rely on auto-sort all the time.

Each icon has been individually colored to match its in-game model without altering its original design in any other way. The style blends naturally with the few items that already use color in the base game, such as green herbs and injectors, while keeping a similarly limited color palette. Ammo icons were adapted from the game’s map pickup graphics, using colored ammo boxes instead of generic bullet symbols, and adjusted to remain easy to read at larger sizes.

How To Install

First, install the latest version of REFramework.

If you are using Fluffy Mod Manager, place the .zip file in the appropriate folder: Fluffy Mod Manager\Games\RE9\Mods, then enable the mod under the Misc category in the manager.

If you prefer a manual installation, copy the file ColoredInventoryIcons.pak into the pak_mods folder inside the game’s main directory. If that folder does not already exist, create it first.
