Description
Reduced Cooldowns
This mod reduces the cooldown time of consumables to just 1 second. Player and ship consumables are handled separately at the moment.
I may add adjustable multipliers in the future if there’s enough interest. Since the value is a float, it could technically go as low as 0.01, but 1.0 (1 second) felt like a reasonable default.

Installation
Single Player (SP): Extract the files into R5\Content\Paks\~mods. You can place them directly or inside a ~mods folder—either works.
Multiplayer (MP): Extract into R5\Builds\WindowsServer\R5\Content\Paks. Again, placing them directly or inside a ~mods folder makes no difference.
You can also install the mod in both locations if you want—it won’t cause issues. For IOStore packs, whichever loads first will take priority.
Note: Multiplayer has not been tested, and I don’t plan to test it. If it works, great—if not, it is what it is.
