Rebalance Mod – Optimized for Max Difficulty

This overhaul is fine-tuned exclusively for the game’s highest difficulty level.

Combat Adjustments

• Rifles, sniper rifles, and machine guns now boast improved accuracy.

• Magazine capacities boosted: rifles carry 30 rounds, machine guns 100.

• Minor tweaks applied to several other weapons for better balance.

• Reduced TU costs on select weapons and medkits to speed up combat flow.

Soldiers & Base Management

• New recruits begin with enhanced starting skills.

• Construction reworked for higher output rates, larger storage, and more staff slots.

• Infirmary upgraded for faster recoveries and better overall squad availability.

Modding Notes
Use this as a starting point for your own creations. I’ve kept many files untouched on purpose, making it simple to tweak, build upon, and share your variants. It acts as a stopgap until official mod tools drop with the complete game.

Installation
Unpack the .RAR files into your template directory, like this path:
