This mod replaces the Regent’s card portraits with anime-style artwork, currently focused exclusively on the Regent character.

Installation

1. Extract the archive

2. Move the mod folder into your Slay the Spire II /mods/ directory

3. If updating from an older version: remove the old version before installing the new one

Artist Note

The author is known for theirSlay the Spire 1 card portrait modproject. This artwork follows the same art direction as their previous work: IronClad TheDefect Watcher Card Art (Slay the Spire I)

This is the new portrait replacement project for Slay the Spire II.

Art creation process: Mixed AI artwork + Photoshop + manual repainting (polished to better match the vanilla style)
