Higher FOV and Camera Mod

This mod provides a custom FOV preset that adjusts camera distance and height. An optional script is included so you can create your own custom camera variations.

Standard Installation:

1. Copy the Runtime folder from the mod package into your game directory:
   \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\007 First Light

2. Allow Windows to replace the existing packagedefinition.txt file.

This mod should not conflict with the Skip Intro mod.

Since the game is not yet finished, there may be some camera quirks. If you want more custom options, use the custom FOV builder below.

Custom FOV Installation:

1. Place the 007FL_FOV_Rebuilder_Scripts folder inside:
   \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\007 First Light\Runtime

2. Run the script:
   \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\007 First Light\Runtime\007FL_FOV_Rebuilder_Scripts\Rebuild_FOV.cmd

3. Follow the on-screen prompts. The modified files will be generated automatically.

Requirements:

• Python 3

• Python package: lz4

Uninstall:

1. Delete the following files:

   • Runtime\chunk0patch204.rpkg

   • Runtime\chunk1patch204.rpkg

2. Restore the original Runtime\packagedefinition.txt file.

   • If you are using other mods that also replace this file, you can leave it as is.

Limitations:

This mod may conflict with other mods that replace Runtime\packagedefinition.txt and use the same patch levels. Compatibility issues will remain until a Simple Mod Framework is introduced for this game or a similar solution is available.
