An ASI plugin for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach that extends aspect ratio support, eliminates cutscene pillarboxing, and includes additional visual improvements.

Features

General

• Adjustable gameplay field of view (FOV)

• Option to disable depth of field, film grain, vignetting, and chromatic aberration

Ultrawide & Non-Standard Aspect Ratios

• Full support for any aspect ratio

• Removes pillarboxing during cutscenes

• Constrains the gameplay HUD to a 16:9 boundary

• Fixes cropped pre-rendered cinematics

Installation

1. Download the latest release from the Files section

2. Extract the contents of the .zip file directly into the game folder (e.g. steamapps\common\DEATH STRANDING 2 - ON THE BEACH for Steam installations)

Steam Deck / Linux Users Only

Windows users can skip this step.

 

 

Open the game properties in your launcher and add the following to the launch options:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="version=n,b" %command%

Configuration

Open DeathStranding2Fix.ini to customize and adjust all available settings.
