This mod lets you customize the base carrying capacity for both the player and the companion, with optional extra storage space added by each backpack.

Description

Custom Weight gives Outbound players more control over carry limits by allowing direct adjustment of the player’s base weight capacity, the companion’s carrying limit, and the bonus capacity provided by backpacks. By default, the mod keeps the vanilla values unchanged, so you will need to edit the configuration file manually for any changes to take effect.

The mod is designed for players who want a more flexible inventory system without changing the core feel of the game. You can fine-tune weight values to suit your preferred playstyle, whether you want a lighter challenge or a more generous carrying setup.

Configuration

All settings can be edited directly through the configuration file, giving you full control over player, companion, and backpack capacity values.

Language Support

The mod includes built-in support for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and English. It automatically switches languages based on the game’s current language setting. Additional language support can also be added if needed.

Installation

1. Download and extract BepInEx 6 into the game’s root folder.

2. Extract the mod archive into the game’s root folder, with the included BepInEx\plugins structure in place.
