REFramework D2D With HDR Support

This is a forked version based on [cursey’s reframework-d2d
](https://github.com/cursey/reframework-d2d)Adds HDR support for it, so the drawn UI looks right in HDR.

Installation:

Unzip the zip file,
1. put “reframework-d2d.dll” under “reframework\plugins”
2. put “reframework-d2d.lua” under “reframework\autorun”

Configuration:

In game, press “insert” to open REF menu, goes to “scripts” -> “REFramework D2D”, you can see if HDR mode is on.
You can tweak the Paper White nits if HDR mode is on.
